Meet Gary and Viviana

They were recently engaged and wanted to get into their own home as soon as possible.

We met on the first Saturday of December, created a home buyer plan for them, and found their dream home.

However, there were already two offers being placed on the home. We crafted a strong offer, and had my lender reach out to the other agents explaining how strong my buyers were. I also helped Gary and Viviana create a short video to let the sellers know who they were and why they loved the home.

That personal touch made all the difference.

Their offer was accepted! They were shocked!  On top of finding their dream home, they’ll close escrow first week of January, just a short month after starting their search.
